Located in the upcoming residential hub of Mwimuto near Ngecha Road, Arc 1 Apartments was designed to cater to young families and professionals beginning their careers. The scheme features a combination of studio and one-bedroom units, adhering to the popular seven-floor typology of the Kiambu County area. At the client's request, the building incorporates a classic Mediterranean design, blending timeless aesthetics with modern structural requirements.

Our engineering approach ensured that the seven-story structure maximized the available space while maintaining the "quiet and serene" atmosphere characteristic of the Lower Kabete region. By using the latest technology and sound academic principles, Dapan Engineering translated the Mediterranean architectural vision into a robust reality.
