The Arc 2 Residence is situated in the serene Kibichiko area of Lower Kabete, perfectly positioned along Ngecha Road. Designed to support the rapid growth of Kiambu County, this project consists of studio and one-bedroom apartments spread across seven levels. The development targets small families and young professionals looking for high-quality housing in a quiet location near the thriving Wangige town.

Construction for Arc 2 broke ground in May 2024 and was successfully completed for occupation by December 2025. This project was executed as part of Dapan Engineering's broader involvement in the Kiambu County smart city masterplan area. Our team utilized innovative engineering solutions to deliver a cost-effective build that meets the rising standards of modern residential hubs in the region.
