The Kiattu commercial development is a prominent project located on the busy entry road into Kitui town. Designed as a vertical commercial hub, the seven-story building includes basement parking, ground-floor retail shops, and various lettable commercial spaces on the upper floors. This development is intended to boost local commerce by providing high-quality infrastructure for businesses in the Kitui region.

Construction commenced in November 2025, with an expected completion date of June 2026. Dapan Engineering is overseeing the structural design and project management, ensuring that the high-density build can accommodate the town's growing commercial traffic. This project exemplifies our firm's multi-disciplinary approach to solving engineering challenges for large-scale commercial developments outside of Nairobi.
